Lola J. Logsdon retired from teaching sculpture, ceramics, and art appreciation at Colorado State University to focus on making art. Her sculptural pottery, abstractly referencing contemporary angst and the human form, seems more relevant than ever. 

Her pottery has been seen in solo and group exhibitions around the United States as well as in New Zealand and Japan.  She’s been featured in publications such as  Ceramics Monthly, Metropolitan Home, The Best of Pottery, and Wheel Thrown Pottery, et. al.  Her work  is currently available for representation. It has previously been exhibited in galleries in New York City, Sacramento, CA, Santa Fe, NM, and various galleries in Colorado. 

Numerous pieces are currently available. Most are 9 to 14 inches high, multi-fired stoneware vessels.  They are finished with unique glaze techniques developed as a student, apprentice, colleague, and friend of Richard DeVore.
